Studio Legale Di Legami: Staff

Based in Palermo but operating throughout Sicily, the Di Legami Law Firm specializes in judicial administration and mafia asset prevention measures, that is, the management of assets seized and confiscated from the mafia. Our lawyers specialize in the sensitive area of third-party protection in mafia confiscation cases and have many years of experience in various branches of law: bankruptcy and corporate law, telecommunications, compensation for medical negligence, management of insolvency cases and debt-restructuring activities.
Rosario Di Legami graduated from the University of Palermo in 1991 and began practicing in 1994. He obtained his Masters in Chinese Law in 2002 from the Peking University Law School.
In 2003 he served as legal advisor to the Parliamentary Commission investigating the Telekom Srbija affair and in 2004 he attended the Business and Law English course at the University of Cambridge.
Up to 2010 he taught Civil Law at the University of Palermo and at the Postgraduate School for Legal Professions, continuing his academic career as an adjunct professor in the highly specialized Master in Prevention and Control of Organized Crime at the University of Pisa.
Today he is a judicial administrator and official receiver with various courts and his clients include premier banking institutions, public bodies and telecommunications companies. He has published two books and numerous articles, and has spoken at various conferences.
