Attorney Di Legami has participated in numerous Masters programs, courses, and conferences as a teacher and speaker, many of which took place outside of Palermo and in some cases even abroad. His first speaking engagement dates back to 2004, when he participated in the conference held in Palermo on asset prevention measures. Since then, he has participated as a proven expert at numerous events on the subject of the mafia and organized crime. Below is a brief list of recent events:
2025
- Speaker at the conference "Educating for Legality and Decent Work," held in Bologna in February 2025 together with the CISL and the Falcone Foundation (file 3248 final)
- Speaker at the inauguration conference of the Legality Park in Sorbolo in February 2025 together with the Undersecretary of State for the Interior (file 2032 final)
- Speaker at the presentation of the anti-mafia documentary "For the Love of Peace" in Forlì in March 2025 (file for the love of peace)
2024
- Speaker at the conference "The Management of Confiscated Assets in Local Authorities," held in Catania
- Speaker at the study meeting "Educating in legality for the common good" held at the University of Parma

2023
- Moderator at the conference "The Moral and Legal Legacy of Rosario Livatino" held in Agrigento
- The confiscated land has been handed over to the Municipality of Sorbolo (PR) for the creation of the Legality Park.

- Confiscated properties handed over to the Parma Prefecture to accommodate Ukrainian families
- Speaker at the conference "The reuse of confiscated assets" held at the YMCA University of Catania
- Speaker at the conference "Protecting Companies from the Mafia Threat" held at Parthenope University in Naples
2021
- Adjunct Professor at Sapienza University of Rome - Unitelma - in the second-level master's program on international aspects of the management of assets seized and confiscated from criminal organizations.
- Contract professor at the Parthenope University of Naples for the second-level master's program on the reuse of confiscated assets and those seized from criminal organizations.
2020
- Delivery of 10 confiscated properties to the Ministry of the Interior and the Municipality of Sorbolo for social utility.
2019
- Speaker at the UNODC conference held in Rabat, Morocco in April 2019 entitled "The United Nations Convention against Corruption and the Requirements for the Management of Seized and Confiscated Assets"
- Lecturer at the Parthenope University at the YULM of Rome at the second level master's degree in Anti-Mafia Prevention Measures and powers of the Judicial Administrator in the prevention and fight against organized crime

Speaker at conferences organized by the Chinnici Foundation at the Luiss - Guido Carli University of Rome (Confiscation Models and the Anti-Mafia Code One Year After Its Entry into Force: Rocco Chinnici's Teaching) and at the Court of Appeal of Milan (The Protection of Third Parties and Judicial Administration in the New Anti-Mafia Code) and at the Court of Trapani (Property Prevention Measures and Amendments to the 2013 Stability Law).
