Online legal advice

The Palermo law firm offers its clients an online consulting service: drafting of legal opinions electronically, provided exclusively by professionals registered with the Italian Bar Association. This service is professional in nature and therefore cannot be provided free of charge, not even in derogation of the minimum fees established by the legal profession pursuant to Ministerial Decree 127 of April 8, 2004 (Official Gazette 115 of May 18, 2004, subsection 95), effective June 2, 2004.

How the service works

To use the online consultancy service you need to send the form (Module A And Information) by fax to 091 333829 or by email segreteria@studiolegaledilegami.itwith the subject "Legal Opinion".
Within 48 hours of submission, a free, non-binding quote will be sent. Subsequently, the client will receive legal advice exclusively via email. The opinion is purely indicative and is provided based on the information provided in the form. To further define the matter, a personal interview will be necessary to explore the specifics of the case in question. Upon receipt of payment, a regular invoice will be issued, a copy of which will be sent along with the legal opinion.
